Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice otherwise your booking fee will be lost. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost (an invoice will be sent to you through email or a payment link will be sent across through text message and you will need to pay your remaining balance through this).
