Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is not a massage but a very popular, deeply relaxing yet effective drainage technique. Through very light pressure and touch, I remove metabolic wastes, excess water, toxins, bacteria, large protein molecules and foreign substances from the tissues and through the lymph vessels. At AL Therapies, we start with the Back, Neck and Shoulders followed by the Backs of the Legs then the Front of the Legs and Feet with the addition of the Hands and Arms, Stomach, Chest and Face.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice otherwise your booking fee will be lost. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost (an invoice will be sent to you through email or a payment link will be sent across through text message and you will need to pay your remaining balance through this). If you cancel before 48 hours of the booking time, your booking fee can be transferred to another appointment if you reschedule within 3 months of cancelling (or unfortunately the booking fee will be lost as I cannot hold booking fees for longer). You can reschedule the same appointment twice with no charge. On the 3rd attempt to reschedule the same appointment you will be charged your booking fee and a new booking fee is needed.
