Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MID) is not a massage but a very popular, deeply relaxing yet effective drainage technique. Through very light pressure and touch, I remove metabolic wastes, excess water, toxins, bacteria, large protein molecules and foreign substances from the tissues and through the lymph vessels. At AL Therapies, we cover the stomach and chest to boost lymphatic flow. This treatment is targeted towards the stomach to help reduce bloating and to depuff.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice otherwise your booking fee will be lost. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost (an invoice will be sent to you through email or a payment link will be sent across through text message and you will need to pay your remaining balance through this).
