Wellness Membership Terms & Conditions

 

By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions and salon policies...

 

Membership Benefits

Membership includes:

• One 60-minute treatment per month from the selected membership treatment menu.

• 10% discount on additional treatments booked while membership is active.

• A complimentary treatment enhancement on every 4th membership treatment booked, subject to availability and therapist approval.

Complimentary enhancements may include selected add-ons such as aromatherapy or facial machine enhancements. Alternative or additional enhancements may be offered at the therapist’s discretion.

Membership Payments

Membership is charged at £45 per month via recurring monthly payment.

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Minimum Membership Term

Membership has a minimum commitment of 6 monthly payments.

Cancellation before the completion of the initial 6-month term will result in an early cancellation fee equivalent to the remaining balance of the minimum membership term.

Following the initial 6-month term, the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled by either party.

 

Booking & Appointment Availability

Membership does not guarantee availability for specific days, times, evenings, or weekends. All appointments are subject to therapist availability and should be booked in advance.

Members are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure preferred appointment times.

Membership is valid only during advertised business hours and available appointment times.

Members may request and reserve desired appointment dates and times subject to therapist approval.

Future appointments booked under the membership remain conditional upon an active membership. If the membership is cancelled before the appointment date, the reserved appointment may be released unless the treatment is paid for separately at the standard treatment rate.

 

Cancellation & Missed Appointments

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be treated as used and cannot be rebooked.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the treatment being forfeited.

 

Treatment Validity & Rollovers

Membership treatments expire 60 days after their issue date.

A maximum of one unused treatment may be rolled over at any one time.

Unused treatments hold no cash value and are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of pregnancy, illness, or other medical circumstances at the therapist’s discretion.

 

Membership Pause/Freeze

Members may request one membership pause per 12-month period for a maximum of 2 months.

Pause requests must be submitted prior to the next billing date and are subject to therapist approval.

Membership benefits and booking privileges are suspended during any approved pause period.

 

Medical Information & Treatment Suitability

All members must complete a consultation form and disclose relevant medical information before membership approval and treatment commencement.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue treatment where it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or inappropriate.

If treatment cannot safely be carried out due to pregnancy or medical circumstances, treatments may be banked for up to 12 months where approved by the therapist.

 

Therapist Rights & Business Changes

The therapist reserves the right to suspend, amend, or cancel memberships where necessary due to illness, injury, maternity leave, business closure, emergency circumstances, or changes to business operations.

Memberships may also be temporarily paused by the therapist during periods of illness, annual leave, maternity leave, or unforeseen business interruption.

Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided regarding any changes affecting memberships.

The therapist reserves the right to amend treatment menus, enhancement options, pricing, operating hours, and membership terms with reasonable notice.

Membership may be terminated in cases of abusive behaviour, repeated missed appointments, misuse of membership benefits, or inappropriate conduct.

 

Membership Cancellation

After the initial 6-month term, members may cancel at any time either:

• through their online account, or

• by contacting the therapist directly.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid further charges.

Salon Policies

Please arrive for your appointment alone, this includes friends, children or pets, as I am trying to keep numbers and noise at a low in the salon and for hygiene purposes. If you are unable to do so, please let me know before booking an appointment.

I am an appointment based only salon. This means I am only in the salon when I have clients in unless I have made an announcement stating otherwise.

Unfortunately my treatments are only available for ages 18+ and they suitable for both women and men.

Please arrive for your appointments on time (or when I have recommended) otherwise appointment times will have to be cut as I wouldn’t want to hold my other clients up.

I do not accept any verbal or physical abusive, disrespect or rudeness whether this be over message or in person. I will ask you to leave the premises or I will politely decline your request for an appointment.

Please make me aware of all previous and current medical or health information before arriving for your appointment. As appointment may not be able to go ahead and booking fee can be lost.

Please do not use my front door or back door for business queries. If you would like to collect a gift voucher or product, please contact us first directly to arrange a time and date for collection.

Parking

Parking is available for your use on the driveway.

Please do not park in front of the neighbours driveways to avoid blocking anyone in.

Please do not park or drive on the grass on the property.

 

Toilets

Toilets will be available on the premises.
